3. As soon as a suitable teaching position
becomes available, we will contact you for an introduction
interview or meeting with the student.

4. After a teaching agreement has been signed, a fee of two hours teaching time should be made payable towards tutorshanghai as our introduction fee( all of our tutor will receive at least 150RMB/HOUR for personal tutorship,200RMB/HOUR for company tutorship)
您和学员教学协议签订后，您将支付我们前两个小时的课时费用作为中介费(我们的外籍教员个人授课每小时不低于150元，公司授课每小时不低于250元)

5. If the student can not continue
with the teaching agreement for a reason on his part, we will
provide you a new position as soon as possible and free charge
.
如果由于学员的原因不能继续教学，我们将会尽快免中介费提供另外的学员。 |

6. If we acquire a full-time position
for you within a company or with a private employee, 10% of
your first salary will be the introduction fee.
如果我们向您提供了一份全职的职位，您第一个月收入的10%将作为我们的中介费。 |

7. For all part-time teaching positions,
your teaching fee will be payed directly to you after each
teaching period.
所有的教学职位（除全职），您的授课费用都将每个学时后现金支付。 |
