1. 贵公司提交申请表格后，我们会在2-3个工作日内与您取得联系，并向您公司提供外籍教员的详细信息。
After your company has submitted the
application form, we will make contact with you within one
to two working days, and supply your company with the tutor
s details. |

2. 我们会安排一个贵公司与外籍教员的面谈，以便双方就授课时间、地点、价格和联系方式予以商量，因此，贵公司能亲自决定该外籍教员是否符合您的需求。
We will arrange a private interview between
your company and the tutor selected, to discuss the teaching
time/place/price/contacts, so that you may personally decide
if the tutor is correct for your needs. |

3. 如大致细节商量满意后，贵公司可以要求该外籍教员做一个小时的试讲（无论贵公司最后是否决定聘用该教员，应支付该试讲的费用）
Once the details have been agreed upon
between your company and tutor, you can request a one hour
teaching demonstration (whether you decide to choose this
tutor or not, you should pay for this one hour of teaching
time). |

4. 待双方签订授课协议后，贵公司将支付500元的中介费用(全职外教的中介费用为1000元，如果不在上海地区的全职外教中介费用为2000元),如果您对该外籍教员仍不尽满意,您则无需要支付任何中介费用,仅交通费即可.
After your company sign the teaching agreement, a fee of 500RMB
is payable to tutorshanghai as our introduction fee (If full
time position is given to the tutor inside Shanghai a fee
of 1000rmb will be charged, If outside Shanghai, another city
or province 2000rmb), if you are not satisfied with the tutor
selected, no payment is necessary, only the traveling fee
is required |

5. 贵公司支付外籍教员课时费用的方式为每次授课完毕现金支付,3-5人/组费用每小时不低于250元。
After this time, the tutor should be
paid his fee in cash after each lesson，group 3-5 people,teaching
fee not less than 250RMB/HOUR. |

6. 授课协议签订后，如因外籍教员的原因中途不能继续授课，我们将为您免中介费提供另外的外籍教员。
If for any reason after the teaching
agreement has been signed, the tutor can not continue with
the lessons agreed on, we will provide another tutor free
of charge. |
